St George the Martyr Church, Dean Prior
Dean Prior Church has its own website, with details of services, the history of the parish, links with Robert Herrick, information about coming events, etc. Please click here to access the St George’s site.
We normally all join together for a shared service in one of our churches when there is a 5th Sunday of the month.
The Church of St. George the Martyr, Dean Prior, is a delightful
14th Century church offering a rich heritage, a warm welcome and
an atmosphere of friendly fellowship and quiet, spiritual reflection.
The services are traditional, with Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer on most Sundays, but we enjoy a range of hymns, traditional and modern.
The Sunday service is at 9.15am - except on the second Sunday of the month when there is no morning service; instead there is usually a Songs of Praise service at 5.00pm in “The Studio” in Dean Prior village.
Please see the Sunday Services page for details of services in the Mission Community
